The company, CAPITAL ART PRESS is best introduced as a printing press initiated by Shri Dibyendu Basu in 1977. Since inception, the organisation was accelarated with a small group of technicians introducing a treadle machine (the-then a letter press) with the galley compose and a manual proof print machine followed by a manual cutting machine and a small binding setup. With utmost sincerity and devotion to his profession the unit captured a good repute to a small service sector and hence intiated the journey.

The struggle continued for about 18 years, when this unit was transformed into a DTP unit in 1993. Gearing up and stepping with the technologies we diverged ourselves into photocopy and offset printing. Later on we groomed ourselves as a Offset printer with the post press services.

In 2001, Capital Art Press branched with another division for Pre-Press Designing and Computer Support in the name of CAPITAL INFOTECH, which later on featured with Web Graphics and Web development services in 2005.

In 2009 we focused on the Electronic and broadcasting media, branching ourselves into a POST-PRODUCTION unit in the name of STUDIO SPANDAN under the banner of CAPITAL INFOTECH with all the MEDIA SERVICES like audio - video editing, audio dubbing and mastering, motion graphics for commercials, films, serials and jigles and voice over for radio stations.

By virtue of all the repute and achievments, we intiated the Digital Printing services in order to meet our Customers' timeline maintaining quality and values to our jobs. With the demanding market, we stepped towards the Vinyl graphics with a Eco-solvent machine focusing at the branding and signage edge.

Hence, now we can cater, Pre-Press and Post services including Lamination and fabricaton, Digital and Offset Printing, In-shop branding with Digital Signage, Website development with Hosting Maintainance Services and above all, the Audio - Visual post production services to the Electonic world.
